Every one was happy and easy to work with

Fully expected to be reamed at the auto "stealer". I was happily surprised. Newberg Chevrolet not only did the job at half the cost of another dealership's bid, they did it in a reasonable amount of time. I had a Platinum extended warranty I purchased at the time of purchase in 2016. This warranty was two months short of termination. I called the Warranty company in advance and the call taker was not helpful. Newberg Chevrolet representative "Kody" later called and got the coverage I paid for applied. Replacing the Nox sensor and forced regeneration isn't a cheap repair. A dealership service department that is working for the customer and not the profit. I'm Gobsmacked. Thank you.

Whatever you did seems to have solved the charging problem. Started at 14v then dropped to 12v but unlike before it then bounced back up to 14v

Damaged the oil pan plug threads. The vehicle has low miles (46,000) and has only been serviced by Newberg Chevrolet.

Were able to get my truck in on time and completed the necessary service and recall issues corrected.

Conner was great, he did everything he could to get me the best deal. The finance team was great, they did their best to get me the best interest rate on my loan. I never felt pressured to buy any “extras”. Definitely would recommend.
