I had a great experience, everyone I worked with was friendly and no BS of any kind.

The staff at Newberg Chevrolet were professional and courteous. I wanted a specific vehicle configuration that required an order be placed. Unfortunately GM would not build that configuration at the time. We waited until the '24 models were out, and GM fulfilled the order then. The Newberg staff was updating me every week on order status. Thank you ALL for your help.

We used the service department to repair our Malibu. From the call to see if we could get it into the shop to the final repair the service was great. Dan and Bobby were very friendly and helpful.

Routine oil change completed in timely manner while I waited. No complaint there. After leaving my check engine light was on. After a couple of hours still on, so had to drive back to have it checked. My air filter apparently was not hooked back up after service. That was inconvenient and frustrating.

I dropped off my vehicle a little early and asked if the repair could be done by 4 but was told it would be difficult due to all the steps in the process including diagnostic...however I was updated within a half hour that the problem was found and 5min before 4pm I was called saying the repairs were complete...Thank you Newberg Chevy
