Cory at the service desk was excellent. He is very customer focused! However, the person who changed the oil spilled oil on the pan under the engine which in turn leaked on to my garage floor. On my return trip they pulled the bottom cover and cleaned the mess up.

Newberg Chevy always takes good care of my car. I went in for an oil change & was taken care of promptly. I feel like they respect my time & do great service. However, my 2016 Chevy Cruze has a random problem. The "remote not detected" feature happens occasionally. Both car & key fob battery are checked & good. There is not a code that shows up when I bring my car in to get it tested. Last time this happened I was locked out of my car. It randomly got better. I am uneasy in this situation. I am always fearful this will happen when I cannot "fix" it. Other than that I love my Chevy. I wish there was a feature that would let us know how to correct this frustrating & stressful when it happens situation!
